In recent years, Baverstam was awarded fellowships to the Texas Music Festival, where he performed with the festival orchestra at The Moores Opera House in Houston.Baverstam holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a Masters of Music from The Boston Conservatory.Jordan, a Senior studying Philosophy and Economics at Tufts, is grateful to be teaching a cappella-- especially alongside his good friend Tim Balton!
She has sung at Boston and New York venues, most notably at the Regattabar, Ryles, Les Zygomates, the Boston Esplanade, Club OBERON, and in New York at the JP Morgan Penthouse.

He is also the director of winds and brass at NEC's Festival Youth Orchestra and serves as clarinet faculty of the Tufts Youth Philharmonic at Tufts University.
Baverstam is principal clarinet of the Boston Civic Symphony.
He was recently featured as soloist with the orchestra, performing Viktor's Tale by John Williams, which garnered him praise as "an excellent soloist" (The Complete Hoot).
